Gun Show Cancellation Policy   

No refunds will be given for table or booth cancellation within 30 days of the date of the gun show.

However, if at the 30 day mark, we can sell your tables or booth, we will roll over your payment one time - to the very next gun show.  If we do not sell your space, you will not receive a refund or the benefit of a rollover.

If you cancel - for any reason - within 14 days of the gun show, no refund or rollover will be given.

So that you better understand why this policy is in place:

 - THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE GUN SHOW  -

1.)    Convention Center contract is paid in full

2.)    Your tables and booth space have been rented and paid

3.)    Your radio advertising contracts are recorded and paid

4.)    Your billboard advertising contracts are in place and paid

5.)    Your security, The Upper Merion Township Police, has been placed on           contract

6.)    The Emergency Medical Techs have been placed on contract

7.)    Staff - gun check personnel, ticket collectors, and floor security have been hired
